Meet the TPC Team
Rick Ingavo
Owner
Rick has always had a passion for design and remodeling. He spent the first 5 years in the industry working for himself as a house flipper in the Northern Virginia area. Rick saw a need to bring quality craftsmanship, integrity, and communication.

Rick is a veteran of Afghanistan and Iraq and earned the rank of SGT in the US Army. He's an avid Steeler fan and a die hard CAPS fan... we know this makes him odd.
​
He has lived in the NOVA area for 20 years with his wife and 3 children.

LeeAnn is the glue of TPC. Her role extends past collecting money, LeeAnn is responisble for a wide range of activities and operation helping the team reach strategic short term and long term goals.
